Favorite Race and Why? – Baja 500, because I love to pre-run, love to have great tacos and the view is to die for.
Do you have a pre-race routine you go through before heading out into the desert – Hydrate myself by drinking a gallon of water every day a week before. The night before the race I will load myself with carbs like a good pasta meal. The day of the race I will take a couple of Advil and eat more carbs like bread rolls.
What other adventurous activities do you do outside racing – I love riding and racing dirt bikes. I also like jet sking. I like old school roller skating.
Best place to go off-roading for a weekend? – I love off-roading in Baja. Can’t beat the scenery, the tacos and a good Mexican Coke Cola.
If you were going to do a weekend off-road trip, what five essential things would you bring with you? – Mexican Food, Monster, Water, Toilet Paper, and Clean undies
If you could go to dinner with five other people (dead or alive), who would you pick and why? – My dad because he meant the world to me, Grandma because I can hear her right now yelling at me, Elvis, because he was a bad ass, My good friend Jeremy Lusk, because I miss him, and Jim McNeil, to ask him how is the riding up there.
Top three road trip songs in your opinion? – Motley Crew “Kickstart my Heart”, Van Halen “Run with the Devil”, Pharrell “Happy”
Best road trip you’ve ever taken? – Best road trip, wow that’s my entire life. I’m on the road all year with my tour. I can’t say I just have one. There is always a crazy story to tell in every road trip from the riders and the people we encounter on the road.
: If you could go anywhere on your Grabbers, where would you go? – I would love to do a Baja trip on the dirt from Tijuana all the way up to Cabo with some of my best buddies, my freestyle riders.
