Robby Woods was exposed to racing at an early age. With a father that previously raced in the ARCA and NASCAR Sprint Cup Series’, it wasn’t long before Woods’ love for racing turned into a career. The Nevada-native began racing motocross at six and went on to compete at the junior national level before a devastating crash left him sidelined. Following the accident, Woods passion for racing was re-ignited after he attended his first short course race. At 22, Woods built his own team from the ground up and began competing in the Pro-2 division. Woods accrued one top-ten finish in 2007 and by 2009 was atop the podium finishing second at Speedworld. In 2010, the up-and-comer posted three podium finishes, including two podiums at his home track, Las Vegas Motor Speedway. In 2011, Woods established himself as a top-competitor racking up five top-three finishes in eight events. Look for Woods to breakout in 2012.
