In both Grand Touring All-Season and Standard Touring All-Season categories, General Tire’s AltiMAX RT43 continues to come out ahead of its competition in ongoing unbiased driving tests performed by Tire Rack. Quickly establishing itself “the favorite of the group” (Tire Rack’s words), the AltiMAX RT43 bested six competitors (three in the Standard Touring All-Season category and three in the Grand Touring All-Season category) in snow traction handling and in wet and dry road manners. Testers made notes that the AltiMAX RT43s felt most solidly anchored on the track and had the best road manners. Other winning compliments included “quiet ride” and “solidly planted feel”—all things we like to hear about our one of our top-selling tires!
