For 100 years, General Tire has been providing miles of adventure with its line of high-performance passenger, light truck and off road tires. To celebrate 100 years, General Tire organized the adventure of a lifetime, giving one lucky customer the chance to win the ultimate dream garage. At the final Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) race of the 2015 season in Lake Elsinore, CA, Maurice Scorsolini, from Roscoe, IL, was named the winner of this fantasy garage. With the purchase of four General tires, Scorsolini’s life changed.
“I still cannot believe I have won this amazing prize, what a fantastic addition this will make to my garage,” said Scorsolini. “I've always been enthusiastic about cars and have had several sports cars and/or special vehicles over the years. The General is going to be just an awesome truck to take to the events. I like working on my vehicles so the toolbox full of tools will definitely come in handy and what can I say about the Harley Davidson, it is the most awesome and most recognized brand known on the planet.”
Scorsolini purchased his General tires for his Suzuki Forenza but also owns a Porsche 911 and RAV4.
As part of the prize giveaway, General Tire will fly this self-proclaimed “car guy”, and one lucky guest, to California to attend the LOORRS season finale at Lake Elsinore. In Lake Elsinore, Scorsolini will receive his keys to the ultimate dream garage which includes a custom Ford F-150 Raptor supercharged 600 hp fitted with General’s famed, Red Letter GRABBER’s. Also included in the garage is a 2015 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic; a custom Ironhorse motorcycle trailer designed to match the Raptor and double-sized to haul your Harley; and a 500 piece Carlyle tool set complete with a professional grade tool box for storage.
You too can create a lifetime of adventures with General tires. From the GRABBER line of light truck tires, to the G-MAX AS-03 and ALTIMAX RT43 line of passenger tires, General has a tire that will help you get where you need to go. No matter the season or road surface, General has a tire to make anywhere possible.
