Pre-event ritual

Before Every event I always make sure I have little Debbie blueberry muffins to take with me on the boat. They are my “good luck” snack.

If I wasn't an athlete

If I wasn’t a professional angler, I would probably have pursued something else competitive. I also have a love for snow skiing and would have really liked to find a way to make a career out of it.

How I got started

I got my start at a very young age in professional Bass fishing since my father was also a Professional fisherman. I traveled the country with my family and went to every single tournament from the time I was 5 until I graduated high school. I always had a love for fishing, but I didn’t know I wanted to pursue it as a career until I was 16 years old and began fishing small local tournaments. The competitive aspect of it is what drives me!

On my day off

On my day off, you can find me spending time with my wife Kelsey and grilling out on the back porch if the weather permits! We also love to travel and see the world!

My ideal roadtrip would be

My ideal #anywhereispossible road trip would be a west Texas adventure to the Remote Devils River! It is extremely difficult to access and is one of the hidden gems Texas has, it is truly an Oasis!
